National Poetry Month

The Class of 1945 Library celebrates National Poetry Month this April with a series of events. Events open to the public are noted below.

Friday April 1st, 7pm, Library Commons
ESSO Poetry Night for Relay for Life

Tuesday April 5, 7 pm, Rockefeller Hall, Class of 1945 Library 
Tanaya Winder: Words Like Love Poetry Reading & Book Signing
Native poet, spoken word artist, motivational speaker and educator Tanaya Winder reads from Words Like Love. Co-sponsored by the Lamont Gallery, the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Class of 1945 Library.

Wednesday April 13th, 7pm, Assembly Hall, Academy Building
Reading by 2016 Lamont Poet Phillis Levin

Tuesday April 19th, 7pm, Rockefeller Hall, Class of 1945 Library
An evening of poetry with English faculty member Sarah Anderson and past Bennett Fellows Maggie Dietz and Katherine Towler.
